I have been in the automotive business all my adult life. When I acquired Three Oaks Ford I was the youngest Ford dealer in the Detroit region at the age of 26 . I grew up in Sawyer MI, and graduated from River Valley High School and then attended University of Tulsa where I studied Political Science and Pre -Law.

I have the most wonderful wife in the world (Caroline) my family consists of two step daughters and two sons who are all adults. We also have 4 dogs, Newman our sheepadoodle who comes to work with me every day. Everyone who works at Three Oaks Pre-Owned Sales and Service are not just employees they are my family and mean the world to me. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't be here. So, stop by,have a cup of coffee and meet Newman he's always happy to meet new people.

My name is Newman. I am a 3 year old Sheepadoodle. In people years that makes me about 21.

I am a licensed Service Dog for my Dad so I get to go to work with him everyday.

When I am not working I enjoy playing fetch, sleeping and meeting new people.

The things I like best about are the people, they always have great snacks and a working dog like me always likes great snacks. 

So stop by and say hi, and look at all the great deals we have to offer and don't forget the snacks.

My name is Rick Martin Jr. I am a River Valley Alumni, and after graduation, my career began by spending 6 years in the US Army.  After serving our country, we, my high school sweetheart and myself returned to the Three Oaks area to raise our family.

When I am not working, I can be found on our farm, enjoying our horses and dogs, camping, enjoying time with our family and friends. I have been the Automotive Industry for 40 years, with half being a Senior Master Technician. I have been the Service Manager here at Three Oaks Pre-Owned Sales and Service for over 2 years. 

The best part of working at Three Oaks Pre-Owned Sales and Service, is the family-oriented atmosphere. Being able to treat customers as family, rather than as a number.

My name is Linda Phillips. My home is Three Oaks, MI, as I grew up in Kokomo, IN

My hobbies are sewing and watching movies. I have a soft spot for animals especially dogs... I love dogs! 

I have been in customer service most of my life and know about 90 percent of the people who walk into Three Oaks Pre-Ownes Sales And Service. I feel we are all a family here and love to see our regular and new customers here everyday.

Melody Phillips - Office Manager

Hi, my name is Melody. I am a Three Oaks resident born and raised. I have 2 wonderful kids that have grown up here as well. I grew up in our local bowling alley (Phillips Eat N' Bowl) that my parents owned. I also went on to work for my parents in another business venture. After years of working in different industries, I found my new home at Three Oaks Pre-Owned Sales and Service. I started off in Sales as the BDC Manager, and now I am the Office Manager.

When I am not working, I do enjoy cooking and baking, playing golf, watching sports, and my down time is watching a favorite TV show. Animals are my passion, and I am looking forward to enjoying more.

I really find happiness seeing the locals in this business. I love seeing new faces that have now moved to the area, and are becoming regulars.

Three Oaks has so many great things to offer in our small town, and I am thrilled to be a member of a great family here at Three Oaks Pre-Owned Sales and Service.
